Does the world need another web site? Maybe not, but since you've landed here hopefully you're looking for something beyond the typical shout out to a favorite band and a few cat pictures. Oh, and if you are easily shocked or offended, here's a warning / disclaimer just for you before you go further.

The main thing that finally got me motivated to do a site was the idea for "Uncle Mom" [instead of Uncle Sam]. It is info about American government run amok, and should provide food for thought on topics we're discouraged from thinking about. In June 2003 the US Supreme Court finally corrected a ridiculous ruling on sodomy laws. There's more on that on my Bizarre News page. I started the Uncle Mom idea well before the Supreme Court installed Bush #2 in the White House, so this isn't some last minute reaction. I've moved the rest of the Bush administration stuff to its own page here.

I've gotten a fair number of comments about the sheer volume of info I've written for the site. Since it was gradually written over more than four years, and I like to write, it hasn't seemed like work really. If you're still here I hope you find something entertaining if not informative.
